Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy is a safe way of working with the natural capacity of your body and mind to optimize well-being and encourage functional engagement in day to day life. Yoga therapy uses a combination of yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation, mindfulness and guided imagery to help manage symptoms and to improve both mental and physical health. Yoga therapy includes the use of a range of therapeutic modalities, including elements from physical movement and counselling.
